Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and part of that commitment involves ensuring a hassle-free exchange process. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of exchanging products.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:
1.1. Products eligible for exchange include clothing items for women, men, and kids purchased from Montiero.pk.
1.2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Products can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Exchange Procedure:
2.1. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Service team at customer-service@montiero.pk within 14 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the exchange.
b. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing you with a return address and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
c. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all tags and labels, and write the RAN clearly on the package.
d. Ship the product back to the provided return address using a reliable courier service. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchange will be borne by the customer.
2.2. Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria. If the product is approved for exchange, we will proceed with the exchange process.

3. Exchange Options:
3.1. You can choose from the following exchange options:
a. Exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
b. Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. If the chosen product is of lesser value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
c. Exchange for a store credit valid for future purchases on Montiero.pk.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
4.1. The following items are not eligible for exchange:
a. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
b. Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
c. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

5. Manufacturing Defects:
5.1. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the defective product to be returned, inspected, and replaced with a new one, subject to availability.

6. Disclaimer:
6.1. Montiero.pk reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
